Excellent customer service, our Lanter Roof blind arrived damaged in transit and the guys at Skylight were so helpfull and re-made the blind within 3 days. It was shipped to arrive exactly when we wanted it. It was very easy to install and now looks and operates great. Would not hesitate in recomending them to anyone in the future. Thanks all

Excellent product and customer service

Not received my blinds yet, but unfortunately the service I’ve had so far pretty dreadful. Never got an order number and never get any updates spent £552 and got absolutely nothing to show for it. Customer service is dreadful.

Easy service to use to order the blind, which came pretty promptly, well packed. The video instructions were ok, but could be more detailed. I managed to mount the blind upside down because my attention was not drawn to the fact that there's a right and a wrong way to mount the blind. Unfortunately I was unable to use the screws supplied as the plasterboard is hollow behind, but the mounting still worked well. It's definitely a two person job when the blind is 2.8 metres long! We discovered that one of the guide strings was damaged, and Naomi promptly sent a replacement. Really good customer service. Prompt, polite very eager to help. Thanks for a very good experience.

Very happy with the blinds i ordered. Fitment was perfect, i would suggest supplying longer screws for fixing frame into place. Other than that very happy. Promt delivery aswell.

I haven't even received the blinds yet, let alone fitted them! So it would be a little premature to try to review them. I can tell you that Skylight blinds Direct say they're very good. But they would I suppose!
