Easy service to use to order the blind, which came pretty promptly, well packed.
The video instructions were ok, but could be more detailed. I managed to mount the blind upside down because my attention was not drawn to the fact that there's a right and a wrong way to mount the blind.
Unfortunately I was unable to use the screws supplied as the plasterboard is hollow behind, but the mounting still worked well. It's definitely a two person job when the blind is 2.8 metres long!
We discovered that one of the guide strings was damaged, and Naomi promptly sent a replacement.
Really good customer service. Prompt, polite very eager to help.

Had it for almost a year now.
Instructions on website were clear on how to measure.
To begin with I wasn't sure if roller or concertina blinds would be more appropriate for us, but a couple of email later and the pros and cons of each (relevent for what we wanted to do) made the decision easy.
Delivery was straightforward with robust packaging.
As suggested we constructed and tested it flat on the floor, before installing it. No issues.
The trickiest thing for us was getting the measurements correct to allow for the frame depth as we were mounting it diagonally - definitely a case of measure 16times, cut once!
Overall I'm very happy and it's made a surprisingly big difference to the room.

Maybe a reminder on the webpage would be beneficial, to say when ordering 'for blinds you cannot reach manually, consider electric' be good for your sales too! ;-)
